Release 2.1 revision 03 adds a number of optional elements to Group PR.24 and PR.26 that have been requested in order to support ONIX implementations in Australia and Spain.   A full list of changes appears at the beginning of the Product Record Specification which can be downloaded below.  Some minor corrections and clarifications have been made to the documentation, and in particular the Overview now includes links to code lists in the same way as the Product Record Specification.

The Main Series and Subseries Records have been removed from revision 03 documentation.  They remain in the DTD and Schema for reasons of backwards compatibility, but will be deleted at a future date.  These record types were added specifically to support a national application requirement in Germany.  They were never recommended for general use, and have now been withdrawn by the user group concerned.
