ICEDIS Subscription Claims
ICEDIS Claim, Claim Response and Claim Cancellation messages v0.1
The ICEDIS Claim message formats have been developed to provide a structured means of communicating claims for missing, damaged or otherwise incorrectly fulfilled journal issues, responses to such claims and cancellations of claims. They are intended to help automate the large volumes of claims transactions commonly encountered in the serials industry.
During an initial trial period, the messages are being piloted between subscription agents and publishers specifically to communicate claims for print journals. Later phases envisage broadening this initial scope, both to include other parties in the supply chain and to accommodate claims for online resources.

- Eye-readable ONIX for Serials Codelists
- Claim Messages XML schema Version 0.1 (ZIP) published February 2011 and corrected April 2011. This zipped package also includes XSD Codelists and HTML message documentation
- Annotated Sample Files for Version 0.1 (ZIP) published July 2011
(Note that the Codelists file must be stored in the same folder as the XML Schema)
